What We Do

In every project we undertake, CPRT looks to establish long-term value and impact for its properties and the communities we serve.

Bringing economic health to a community development requires a great deal of expertise and a dedication to partnership and collaboration with all aspects of the community. These partnerships have brought forth the successful re-development of historic downtown Baton Rouge with the development of The Shaw Center for the Arts, the complete rebirth of the Hilton Capitol Center and the re-purposing of an abandoned old city dock area for The Water Campus, a research center dedicated to studying the effects – and creating solutions – for the critical issues of coastal protection and restoration.  In Downtown Baton Rouge, CPRT constructed a multi-use complex consisting of an office building for IBM’s Global Delivery Center and 525 Lafayette, a ten-story residential tower consisting of 85 luxury apartments.

In North Carolina, CPRT designed and built 5401 North, a master-planned mixed-use community just north of Raleigh.

In Baton Rouge, CPRT has invested in the Nicholson Corridor between LSU and downtown. Just down the street from the Water Campus, we are designing a new mixed-use development that will continue the revitalization of this area.
