Located near Louisiana State University, Acadian Village shopping center boasts over 70,000 square feet of retail space. After an $18 million investment in 2013, the center attracted prestigious tenants including Acme Oyster House, Trader Joe’s, Pei Wei, Pier One, Petco, and Galatoire’s Bistro Baton Rouge.  CPRT sold the center in 2014.
